The presented work is an edit of 1mn-long videos that I televerse on social medias.
When showing these videos to my dad, he was skeptical and responded : 'I don't think it belongs in art spaces. Because they are
from social medias which is by principle antithetical to art : Art is the result of a long processed discourse and it marks a form of
durability; Tik Tok or Instagram on the other hand is all about ephemeral and a content replaces another.'
Wether the society of the Spectacle where populations essentially seek for entertainment is a positive or negative
conclusion, is not mine to judge.
What I do as an artist, is to situate in it.
Attention spans shortens. Time schedule shrinks…. I tried talking about Schopenhauer to masses but there's just no way. So how can
I address to my generation? I must be excentric, viral, fast.
